Using the PASEDA360 Transformational Coaching process, we gently explore what you’ve been carrying, who you became to safe safe and connected, where it may have come from, and what needs to shift so you can move forward.

Now that you understand your patterns better, using coaching and IFS-informed parts work, we help you understand what your strengths are, your values and boundaries so you can feel happier, calmer, clearer and more connected to yourself and the world around you.

When you're ready, we'll explore what you want now, what goals you would like to set, what matters to you, and what a brighter and more joyful and aligned future looks like.

A half-day intensive using the PASEDA360 Coaching process. This is for you if you know something has been holding you back, but you can’t quite work out what it is.
You may feel like you keep repeating the same patterns, reacting in ways you don’t fully understand, or finding yourself pulled back into old beliefs, old behaviours or old ways of coping.

Now you have started to understand what has been keeping you stuck, this is where we begin to look at who you really are.
Across six sessions, we work together to understand your values, your boundaries, what really matters to you, and the life that feels true for you now.

Once you feel clearer on who you are and what matters to you, we look at where you want to go next.
This stage is about gently turning that self-understanding into real-life direction.
Together, we explore your goals, your hopes for the future, and the version of life, work or relationships you want to move towards.

Comfortable, convenient and just as personal. You can join from wherever you feel safe and settled.

Sessions are held in my private and comfortable garden office at my home in Congleton Cheshire, or a local therapy room.
I didn’t come to this work because I had life neatly figured out
I came to it because, for a long time, I didn’t.
From the outside, I looked like I was doing alright. I built a career in communications, became good with words, people, stories and connection, and learnt how to read a room almost without thinking.
But underneath, there was another story running.
I never quite felt settled in myself. I felt different, but couldn’t explain why. I could be funny, capable, sociable and “fine”, then go home feeling exhausted from holding so much inside.
For years, I thought that was just who I was. An overthinker. A people-pleaser. A deep feeler. A fixer. Someone who found it hard to rest. Someone who could feel everyone else’s feelings before her own.
Through my own transformational journey, I realised that all our unwanted behaviours are actually protective strategies that once kept us safe but may now be keeping us stuck. Learning this has changed my life in so many beautiful ways.
And together we can gently unpick your patterns to help you create a life that finally feels like yours, too.
